Actually do it (we will wait...).
Raise your hand higher.

What does this prove?
Nothing. It is a parlour trick.
Some will infer this shows your limitless capacity and that the only thing holding you back is yourself.

This demonstration actually proves that you naturally conserve energy.
It shows that you do not spend unnecessary energy unless you see value in doing so.
Your mind functions in the same manner.
Next time someone does not meet your expectations, consider whether they see the same value as you.
Thoughtful leaders ask their team to raise their hand; they also patiently repeat the request.
Additionally, they understand that only through conducting a task can one discover their increased potential.
