Development
At some point, you have considered the growth and development of your team.
You have also, subsequently, considered the myriad of constraints.
Perhaps you are strapped for time, or resources, or simply your organization is not growing at the pace of your people.
The development conversation is happening with your people.
The only variable is whether you are an active part of it.
Developing your team does not mean having the answer.
The answer, however, is not pretending the conversation can wait.
If you are not actively developing your team, you are actively telling them to find another job.
Coffee’s development plans are always brewing,
