Zeitgeist

The zeitgeist of a timeframe is indicative of the prevailing theories and perspectives of the period.
By definition, zeitgeist is a reflective, historically-focused noun.
Organizational zeitgeist is a complex concept: your thinking contributes to the zeitgeist of today, yet you cannot examine it until tomorrow.

The zeitgeist of an era may not be distilled into something meaningful for many years.
The opportunity as leaders, today, is to consider what perspectives you enable to grow each day.
What zeitgeist are you currently cultivating?

Actions generate culture.
Perspectives generate zeitgeist.
Leaders are accountable for both.
