You must give a damn.
You must give a damn about who, not what, you are listening to.

Listening is a social action, not an outcome.
Take 15 minutes, right now, and go listen to a new perspective.
Unlike choosing a show on Netflix, do not overthink it and spend your 15 minutes selecting the perfect perspective.

The action is listening, not selecting.
Thoughtful leaders practice listening as if it were the most important skill to their job (it is).
