Change
For all the literature, certificates, and thinking around change (and managing it), one fundamental principle remains.
Your brain does not like change.
Even if it is a change that you deeply want, the process of adopting it takes a net-increase in cognitive output.
A net-increase in cognitive output, in non-brain-nerd terms, means you are more fatigued, more quickly.
Therefore, any increase in change directly correlates with a necessary increase in coffee intake.
Pretending that your cognitive capacity is unaffected amidst change is no different than pretending you are dry while standing in a rainstorm.
Coffee is glutamate for the soul,
