Good
Focus on the good.
The simplest intentions can be the most challenging.
Perhaps the challenge comes from over-engineering how to do it.
Your mind will gravitate to focus on the opposite of the good.
In the very least, it will focus on what is next.
Unconstrained, it will dwell in a quagmire of unsuccessful rumination.
The added challenge as a leader is you have to do this twice.
Focusing on the good is part one.
Part two: you enable the capacity of those around you to do the same.
Things will go wrong.
The direction toward which you lead the focus around you is within your prerogative.
When you walk into the room, where do you draw the focus?
