Arete (Ancient Greek: ἀρετή) represents the concept that a unique version of excellence exists which you offer to the world.
The pursuit and contribution of that excellence is the foundation for flourishing.
Great leaders understand the importance of arete and finding ways to contribute to their teams in accordance with it.


To be in the presence of excellence is an inspiring and motivating experience.
Excellence comes in all shapes and sizes, and often exists to be witnessed so long as you are open to finding it.
Upon witnessing excellence, the inspiration you feel is the recognition that arete exists and is out there for you to pursue.

Sometimes it involves opening your eyes and witnessing the excellence around you.
