Diminishing Returns

It is easy to get pulled into reaction-mode.
This pathway comes from a well-intentioned, albeit economically unsustainable, approach.
You aim to be agile, but find yourself constantly pivoting without moving forward.

Increased agility might not be the answer.
You may need the contrast: to be equally agile but less often.
When agility turns into going in circles, it is the same as being stuck.

The skills, such as agility, of your team are a resource.
Resources follow the law of diminishing returns.
Unless you increase net-resource capacity for agility, increasing the use of agility will offer decreased returns to the point of inversion.
