Conflict

You are conflict averse.
You can work on it, learn models for processing it, and even embrace the potential that emerges from conflict; in the end your aversion will not disappear.
Conflict represents two things your brain cannot tolerate: uncertainty and danger.

Conceptually, it is easy to “love” conflict because from a distance you can appreciate what it creates.
In practice, maintaining that appreciation is far more challenging.
While conflict aversion may remain, your ability to approach it from a place of values, curiosity, and commitment to growth will begin to balance out the uncertainty and danger.
