Action

Every organization is focused on their culture.
They may be proud of it and working towards bolstering it amidst adversity.
They may be concerned with it and working towards shifting it to survive.

Culture is the byproduct of people’s actions.
Everyone contributes to the generation of culture.
Thoughtful leaders contribute toward a culture worth having.

The risk in the dialogue of culture is it is easy to talk about it indefinitely.
Examining culture purely on the level of belief misses the point.
You are more likely to change your beliefs to correspond with your actions than the other way around.

If you want to impact culture, start with the actions that define it.
Doing so will create an unavoidable cognitive dissonance for people to address.
