In a time of resolutions and new beginnings, remember the core principle of behaviour change.
Change is best facilitated through incremental pivots in action accompanied by a shift in perspective.
Drastic, sweeping change all at one time is not a highly effective approach.

As a leader, attend to the volume and impact of change your team navigates amidst emerging and shifting priorities for the year.
Temper your desire to “rip the Band-Aid off,” and get moving.
You are leading a team for performance, not removing bandages from a wound.

Remember, your ability to estimate is far outpaced by your confidence to do so.
Aiming to tackle things over the course of the full year rather than the course of the first quarter is a good start.
Moving things forward by 1% every three days will still reach completion before November.
