Solving

Each day you are presented with challenges to solve.
Some you can tackle alone, while others require varying depths of collaboration.
The satisfaction of solving a problem creates motivation to continue to do so in the future.

What about when someone else lacks the same motivation?
It could mean they are incompetent, or perhaps they directly want to sabotage your good efforts.
This is the easiest, albeit incorrect, assumption to which you can arrive.

Solving a problem is built upon the cognitive process of insight.
This process requires three conditions: a challenge, time to focus on the challenge, and space away from focusing that involves simple cognitive function.
Before you deem someone incompetent, consider whether all three conditions are clear and present for the other individual.
