Niksen
Niksen is a paradox.
In Dutch, it is a verb that indicates, "doing nothing."
The lack of action becomes an action in itself.
You live in a world of busyness, action-bias, and never-ending to-do lists.
There are many actions to help you balance: fitness, meditation, petting cats, and coffee among others.
Perhaps what you need is not another action, but niksen.
Coffee is not finished when it is depleted. It is finished when it is drunk,
