More accurately, people crave momentum.

Great leaders enable momentum for people.

Why, then, is there a shortage of great leaders?

If you are craving a leader, then you are also waiting.

The belief of "waiting for your moment" is not easily overcome.

There is no such thing as a perfect leadership moment.

Most people try to get comfortable leading before leading.

Find any activity in which you can be comfortable without doing it.

That activity does not exist.

Great leaders are the ones willing to step in and figure it out through discomfort.
