Ghosts are an accurate representation of bad leaders.
Some seem to always disappear just when you need them, remaining invisible when it counts.
Others constantly linger, hovering over your shoulder, incapable of letting go.
Ghosts are also an accurate representation of great leaders.
They are present and transparent.
They also have an ability to support from the background without completely taking over.
