Flow

Mindfulness and flow are separate cognitive functions. 
Both serve significant and useful purposes within human performance. 
Flow is a state of intense focus that heightens performance within a specific activity while eliminating external sensory distraction. 


When teams feel uncertain and overwhelmed, mindfulness is often the first approach to be adopted. 
As a leader, there is another approach to consider.
