Constraints
You will not hear sports teams complaining about a surplus of talent.
Nor will you find a business protesting their ability to allocate too many resources.
Cookie Monster will not be caught fussing over copious cookies.

You can always find someone or something with greater abundance.
The same logic is rarely employed around constraints.
You can always find someone accomplishing more with greater constraints.

Great performance is rarely due to abundance.
It has much more to do with leaders managing their resources notwithstanding seemingly insurmountable constraints.
