Collaboration


Collaboration is like coffee.
A little coffee daily can be good for performance.
A consistent level of collaboration is no different. 


A lot of coffee over a short period of time can yield varying results.
Drinking coffee every waking hour will likely disrupt your sleep and leave you with a level of fatigue that even
coffee cannot overcome. 
Constant collaboration is no different. 


The solution to excess collaboration is not more collaboration.
Collaboration, like coffee, needs to be leveraged intentionally. 
Many organizations default to implicitly collaborating without purpose. 


A well-timed, intentional coffee can have a tremendous effect. 
Treat collaboration like you would coffee. 
Use it as a catalyst rather than an assumed status quo.
