Adaptation
Constant, unending agility is exhausting.
At a certain point it ceases to be nimble and turns into aimless maneuvering.
Agility, as a skill, serves the higher purpose of adaptation.
Adaptation, by definition, is a process of changing to better suit a situation.
Effective adaptation includes a period of time which allows for the change to normalize.
Constant agility prevents that normalization, undermining adaptation.
A little oat milk can enhance an espresso.
Too much oat milk and the point of the matter is lost.
When practicing agility, do not lose sight of the intended adaptation.
