Someone, at some point, will tell you love does not belong in the workplace.

This is true because someone, at some point, told them the same thing.

You have a decision to make.

What will you tell someone, at some point?

You can be wildly successful telling people to bring results, focus, and performance.

You can be wildly fulfilled telling people to bring contribution, connection, and love.

These are treated as opposing forces.

It does not have to be one or the other.

All of this, because someone, at some point, said so.

Someone, at this point, should realize performance and love are mutually inclusive.
