The Neuroscience of Science of Goals
This session is designed to aid at the individual growth and development of the members
The team will explore the neuroscience of goal-setting and consider how that impacts their personal goals
This session is a dive into how the brain works and why that matters in figuring out our motivation and goal-oriented patterns
Innovative Leadership
This session is designed to pivot thinking from an individual level to consider the broader team
Core concepts from innovation theory will be shared to spark frameworks of thinking that generate new perspectives and ways of working across the team
An emphasis will be placed on the role of a leader (defined through contribution rather than reporting structure) in fostering innovative thinking amongst a team
Purpose + Performance + Culture
This session dives into organizational purpose in a way that allows the team to explore what that means across the team as well as individually
Concepts and theory of high-performance will be examined and applied to the team’s state of function
A dialogue around defining and applying culture as more than a theoretical construct to day-to-day experience
Focus on celebration and appreciation of the growth and connection amongst the team
Identification of next steps and ongoing needs for the team with an emphasis on actions and ownership to ensure sustainability
Working with the Brain in Mind
This session dives into key principles to understanding the brain as it relates to the modern world of work
The team will explore on an individual as well as team level the impacts of cognition on work, performance, and productivity
This session is loaded with interactive scientific considerations as well as extensive interactive components that engage the team in meaningful dialogue that builds trust and connection in a non-superficial manner
Coaching as a Daily Skill
This session explores coaching as an approach, and begins to give participants the tools to better understand what coaching is and is not
Participants will coach, be coached, and experience others coaching as they develop their ability to do more by asking less
Significant focus will be placed on “applied coaching” as a concept in order to land the theory behind coaching in a practical and useful manner
Resilience
This session makes some critical distinctions around resilience as a concept that will change the general understanding of the term for participants
There are two components to the workshop: 1. Defining and understanding what exactly resilience is 2. Exploring and applying core frameworks for thinking that have been proven to support resilience
Participants walk away with a deeper understanding of resilience as a concept, and multiple avenues to continue to pursue to better hone their ability to be resilient
